I think Copywriting Course is the best copywriting course out there. I tell friends to go there if they want to get better at copywriting. I follow this content because you’re the man and I get results from paying attention to your ideas. It’s also entertaining

    Thank you @Cesar Contreras!

I want to make this SO DAMN GOOD, the whole internet and all the companies out there will send people through it.

I don't think I'm there yet, but gimme a few months.

We just 100% transferred to a community system in March 2022, been making lots of improvements, and have a "Curriculum" everyone can go through.

Open to suggestions for it also 🙂

@Neville Hands down Copywriting Course  is the most complete, educational and entertaining community in existence. I've been in other copywriting courses/memberships. Cancelled them all. But what you've created is not JUST a course to me. From day one I began to see things much differently in terms of what my idea of copywriting was before and after joining. The brainstorming and insights here take you to a whole other level! And imo, you can't beat the members we have here anywhere else!

All of this is true Jason 🙂

"Copy that converts" I've always thought makes sense, but doesn't have a good "outcome" associated with it.

Maybe "Copy that convinces more people to buy" is better. Or "Creating content that shows people why your product is so awesome, and signup."

Something like that creates more of a RESULT!

Question: Do you intentionally use informal grammar to sound approachable?

Here's some prompts to help you answer:

I'll never forget at my first big girl internship (I was writing grant requests for a non profit) my boss told me people are more likely to read carefully when they see 1-3 typos or grammatical errors. Something about the satisfaction of finding it, and an eagerness to find more. It was a trick he used to get people to read the full memo.

Hey Siena, I do intentionally use simple words & grammar so I sound like a PERSON!

Most people in their everyday interactions speak in simple words, however when they sit down to write end up sounding like an English Lit PhD 😂

It’s a resource to teach you how to write incredibly effective copy. It’s not just a course. You also get live mentorship, editing services, and a community of people improving their writing.

    It’s a no-brainer investment.

When you see an ad, most ads can be broken into three components:

    1. The Headline that grabs the user’s attention, and (most importantly) compels the user to keep reading.

    2. The sub-text or ‘copy’ of the ad. This can include features of a product, benefits for the user, and psychology that influence the users ‘thought sequence’.

    3. Images used as part of the ad.

The copywriting course covers the headline, and the sub-text, and the images, but focuses especially on the psychology of how to engage the user, and create the thought sequence needed to drive the user to action.

This course is ideal if you are facing the most dreaded of advertising challenges, the blank sheet of paper.

When you’re faced with putting together advertising for a product or service, it’s easy to fall into the ‘feature trap’ and this course is designed to keep you out of it.

What is the feature trap? It’s when you list the features that describe the product. While they may well be true, features are not what your customer is interested in. Customers want benefits that are derived from features. They are not necessarily interested in the features themselves.

This course will provide you with (3-7) methods of evaluating a product, identifying the product features, and then mapping those features to the benefits that a potential customer is actually looking for.

You’ll be able to create a rough draft, present it, refine it, and ultimately create advertising that works, and that resonates with your customers as being relevant, and providing them with insight that compels them to take action that will change them from ‘potential customers’ into ‘actual customers’, which will impact your bottom line.
