    Recent Office Hours Sessions

    Going to launch a small community for large Instagram account.

    Cold emailing apartment leads, creating some prompts.

    Did a small test with 45 replies, and found next product to make. Starting on product now.

    Goal is to make $2,500 extra, what’s fastest way to go about it. Fun discussion on this one.

    New B2B LinkedIn post working great, now making it even better.

    Reviewing ad copy and making it better for home recording studios

    Review of survey to Instagram audience to determine demand for a product.

    Re-wrote an email going to CEO’s in Miami, 85% better already!

    Created a new cold-outreach email to get real estate investors to talk to group of 25 young people who want to learn from them.

    Designed a dynamic pricing page based on a credit system.

    Discussing how to structure an email launch by giving away free information and selling by being helpful.

    Going over a Facebook Ad promoting a show for an Omaha comedy club

    Making a real estate cohort sales page, already got more interested users than space.

    Improving a LinkedIn post with a carousel feature.

    Going over “The Heat Pump Summit” and capturing emails for the event.

    Creating a Twitter Ad on the spot.

    Writing a “Personal Story” email in an autoresponder sequence.

    Re-did a “results from your campaign with us” email to report positive results and get more business.

    Re-designed an email opt-in on the spot. Will likely go from a 1% conversion to a 5% conversion.

    Making an awesome Instagram Carousel for an industry that never uses such things.

    Promoting an in-person event, going over some strategies for it.

    Creating a solid plan to grow on Twitter.

    Increasing homepage signup form from 1% to 5% with a change in headline and image.

    Going over an “Objections Email” and making it better with specific examples, date, and personal stories.

    From last office hours made a post, got 80+ interested people and 230+ comments in first 24 hours!

    Doubled Instagram following to 27,000 in one week, and re-wrote pricing structure on the call.

    Going over ways to promote fresh micro-greens to new audiences.

    Hi Nev, just like you told me to in Office Hours, I asked about starting a cohort to help people buy their first multifamily property with guest teachers.

    More than 80 people are interested, and there are over 200 comments.
