This is a cool Mars Bar “Ingredients” Ad from 1957:
With very little text it does a great job of showcasing the 3 main flavors of a Mars Bar:
• Milk Chocolate
• Nougat
• Almonds

Thought:
I was browsing through Target the other day, and noticed @blogilates (I follow her YouTube stretching videos) has an entire display of branded items:
The genius part: Her workout equipment looks awesome!
Her workout equipment is "gold plated" looking and can blend in as decoration!
Even the stand looks like nice decoration:
Most dumbbells look ugly in comparison to these, like this:
Cool that she incorporated STYLE to an existing product category.
Uplifting:
A few weeks ago me and some friends did a guys trip, went to a spa, and they gave us sandals to wear in the sauna area.
Now there’s a text chain where we just send each other pics of wearing the sandals ?

This has been what my daily schedule has looked like for around 10 years now:
• Tasks on left.
• Appointments on right.
• Track hourly progress in the right-side boxes.
• List out workout and food intake.
• Scratch off tasks when completed.
• Always make it the night before.
• Never add tasks on the same day.
I've been using this system for 10+ years and it works great (for me)!
Drawing:
This is a cool image from 1887 explaining why lamp light is better for reading than sitting by a fire.
They exaggerate a bit for effect the guy leaning pretty much directly into the fire to show how much worse that is than comfortably sitting by a lamp!
I love how exaggerated this picture is and the guy is like LEANING INTO THE FIRE to read ?
