    Sure do, Nev.

I have a blog which teaches people how to tap into the hidden job market and navigate the career/job searching process. Some examples of the things I write about:

    - How to Pitch for a $42,000 Raise

    - How to Transition Industries or Roles

    - How to Answer "What's You Salary Requirement?" or "What Are You Currently Earning?"

    - Tired of Applying for Jobs? Skip HR and Try This Instead...

    Here's the link: https://www.thehiddenjobmarket.co/blog-1

My belief is that candidates (job seekers) used to be a commodity for employers to hire and fire. You still hear "you should just feel lucky to have a job".

    I don't think that's the case anymore.

We're experiencing a global talent shortage and in some industries (such as tech or manufacturing) companies should be lucky to have any employees that stay around for a year or more.

    Thanks!

Thanks for asking! I've got a mom blog that's not your typical "mommy blog" at www.BringMommyAMartini.com

    I write on these topics:

    * Around-the-home DIY’s for people who are ok with loose instructions and measurements that sometimes end in “ish.”

    * Getting healthy for people who hate rabbit food, sweating, tight clothing, weird odors, public bathrooms, or anything lukewarm or foamy.

    * Raising kids to not be a-holes or burdens to society

    * Marriage stuff for people who want to see the underbelly of a relationship that’s far from perfect, but has lasted 23 years and has resulted in zero murders to date.

    * Traveling to faraway places with family, including all the pain-in-the-ass things we go through in the name of “making memories.”
