I drive a BMWi3 100% electric
I work at a car dealership so it changes all the time. One week it’s a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe, or Kia Sorento, or a new suzuki. Sometimes it’s an Isuzu pickup or an 11 seater van.
Feels good not to have pay for gas:)
I drive a Subaru because it is one of the best AWDs out there. Driving in NJ ice and snow sucks! The only thing worse is having an accident because of those conditions which is exactly what happened one morning. After that scary experience I vowed to get a car better suited for crappy conditions.
I drive a 2016 Ford Fusion Hybrid and 2003 Ford 150 XLT.

I drive a 2007 Ford Explorer Sport Trac that has a topper (not a tonneau cover) over the bed to haul groceries, camping gear, thrift store donations, or whatever else I may have to throw in there.
2006 Dodge Magnum, bucking the SUV craze, this thing rides great, can throw a ton of stuff in it, great road trip car. Love having a car that is distinct and rarely seen these days. Living in Austin I hardly use it tho’
I even don’t have a car. I use public means everywhere i go.
2010 Honda Civic named Stuart …and lots of Lyft, too.
‘09 Honda Accord baby!
I use public transport or bike all the time. Felt Six 60.

2004 Taurus. It’s a dinosaur. We have to get parts from the La Brea tar pits.
I drive : 2017 Mercedes Sprinter with my whole family (7 kids).. and a 1998 Nissan Quest with duct tape on the side.
BMW 730LD. Because my Jack Russel DEFINITELY needs that much space in the back to stretch out. Surfboard on top, ridiculous amounts of baggage space. Big enough for airport trips for clients but fun enough, ahem, coughs, effective and efficient, for German autobahns…..
Toyota Highlander, 2013. Fantastic vehicle, holds all my stuff for work and the beach, great for trips. It has been super reliable. New shocks and struts recently and feels like a new car. 165k miles, normal maintenance and still going strong. I’ll probably buy another when it’s time.
1999 Mazda MX5 Roadster for an everyday car. For the racetrack, I race Formula 4
Toyota Camry 2007
I’m in a late-90’s model Toyota Camry. It may not have a working door handle or two, but it gets the job done, and that’s all I’m looking for.
Perodua Viva!
Sometimes I use the Grab app (it’s a local Uber)
Am taxi-ed everywhere or Boda boda-ed Around town.

Any of them 914’s? Love that car! I bought its cousin the Boxster, because I thought it would be easier to maintain.
2004 Toyota Corolla
The car I purchased in 2005, a 1994 Honda Civic is still going strong at 240K+. She’s ugly however she takes care of me and doesn’t ask for a lot in return.
Four years ago I was gifted a 2001 Toyota Corolla, as a backup vehicle, from my mother. I call it the mommy-mobile because belonged to both my sister (who is a mother) and my mom.
One year ago I was gifted a 2001 Passat, which I like to jokingly think of as my get-away car.
Luckily I have been dating a mechanic for the past two years, or I probably would have needed to sell at least two of these cars already! We both use all three of them day to day.
2013 much loved Nissan X Trail. Probably my last new car as I feel it has another 10 + years in it.
Just recently bought a 2004 Honda Accord.
2000 Toyota Corolla… Keeps on ticking…

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jeepney
When I drive, I drive my beloved 2002 Audi A6 Avant wagon. It’s got about 135K miles. It needs a new torque converters and struts, not cheap repairs, but then it’d be good for another 150K miles. Should I do it?
Hmmmmm…..I feel like with old cars you aaaallllwwwaayysss think “Ok after this repair it’s gonna be great!”
….and then it’s not :-/
A bloody sweet Mazda 2 hatch!
Can’t go wrong!
2007 Chevy Avalanche
I drive a 2011 Toyota Camry LE.
I used to have a Camry…best car ever :)
Toyota Sienna (tesla soon)
The DadVan!!
Tesla upgrade will be amazing….especially the driving assistance!
I ride a 220cc Bajaj Cruiser bike. Very reliable and economic. 30 km/L. My other bike is a car – ’94 Nissan Maxima 3L. Very strong and a rocket in disguise.
1990 Nissan 300ZX
2007 Nissan Pathfinder
1997 Mitsubishi Eclipse * My daily commuter.

Mazda 3. My trusty white whale
I drive a 2001 Lexus RX300. I thought it would be my last non-electric car. So far it is, I just didn’t expect to have it for so long.
My husband and I share a 2003 Honda Odyssey with almost 300,000km’s on it. I ride my bike as often as possible though.

I drive a 2013 Ram 1500. I live in the country with not much access to public transportation….and the winter time would leave me stuck without the truck!
I drive a 2010 Honda Fit. The gas mileage is great, the interior is roomy, and the back seats fold perfectly flat for plenty of storage/car-camping!
I drive a 2006 Ford e-350, with fiberglass topper. The whole thing has been converted into a camper van by me and I’m living out of it currently, in Colorado.
2014 Chevy Sonic
Sold a Jetta TDI 5 years ago and that was my last car.
Prius. I love your site and am impressed by your level of engagement. There must be a psychological or economic reason you’re asking, and I’m extremely curious what it is. I told you, now please tell me! (just curious)
I’m on my 3rd Ford F-150. I currently have the 2015 F-150 Lariat decked out.
2015 Prius Two. Best vehicle decision ever made. Gas mileage is awesome; maintenance is minimal. Can’t wait to go full electric once charging stations are more common (we’re in Nebraska).
2011 335i BMW
I don’t own a car
I drive a 2008 Mazda 3 that’s on it’s last breath.
I drive a 2012 Chevy Impala, named Paula.
2004 Toyota Wish!!
I have a Smart Forfour, but I use my bike most of the time.
A 2002 Ford F-350 crew cab long bed. A real workhorse. I’m a rancher/writer, very remote. Work at home. Seldom drive.
Currently, I’m driving a 2006 Jeep Liberty CRD 2.8 Liter turbo diesel. I call her “Lil’ Chug.” Someday, I’d like to upgrade to a current year Dodge Ram 2500 Laramie extended crew cab with the Cummins.
I drive a ‘05 Toyota Rav4 😍 she’s perty 😍
I’m still driving my first car! It’s a 2000 Honda Civic and I love it more than I should. I live in a town with great bike trails, so I mostly bike to commute, but having a car comes in handy for hikes with my puppy.
When I (inevitably) get a new car, it’s still going to be a Honda. Why? Because repairs are few and far in between, maintenance is a breeze, and I’ve got some great, honest mechanics who specialize in Hondas!
I drive a 2016 Honda Civic
2018 Toyota CH-R; though it kinda drives itself, I just sit there for legal reasons.
I don’t own a car.
2015 VW GTI Autobahn, 6-speed manual!!
It keeps getting harder and harder to find a stick…just sold my 2006 BMW 325xi (loved that car in the snow)!
1993 Mazda Rx7 daily driver w/ 45k miles. Luckily I’ve had a short/no commute for many years.
It is weird if I say that I never drive any car, As my workplace and home is a same place.
2001 Subaru Forester. Purchased new in late 2000. Just passed 300K miles.
1997 Honda CRV! 240,000 miles and still going strong. Also a broke af college student so don’t judge me
Until my kids started bitching about leg room in the back seat when they reached first and second grade, I drove a chili red Mini Cooper convertible named Boadicea. I ordered sight unseen when the spy photos of the new convertible hit the internet (before they were born). Yes, you *can* get two baby seats in the back of a Mini and – if you choose wisely – you *can* get a tandem stroller into the front seat (turn it upside down).
Sigh. Now I drive a ginormous mom mobile Prius. Not so cool, but killer gas mileage.
22018 Toyota RAV 4
Sorry, typo. That’s 2018 Toyota RAV4.
I literally don’t know how to drive and I do not have a driver’s license. But if I did I would have either a UK Land Rover Defender or a AMG Hummer. I had to choose between paying for my senior year of high school or paying for Driver’s Ed…and since I lived in a city at the time with decent public transport, I chose school.
07 Mercury mariner, 13 Toyota rav 4 – coming up on 250k miles on the Mercury
1994 Ford F350 XL. It eats gas for breakfast lunch and dinner.
I drive a ’98 Ford Expedition 5.4 V8 that is averaging 10.9 mpg but my wife and daughters drive Priuses to balance it out. ☯
2016 Nissan Versa Note (it’s in Abm)
Vauxhall Agila 1.2 2005
I live out in the country, so easy everyday public transportation is problematic. I drive a 2009 Toyota Highlander hybrid with lots of miles and stickers on the back hatch window – it’s a “keep Portland weird” thing. I want an electric Tesla SUV, but would also love a rainproof electric bike or scooter to use on Max and Sounder transit systems when I’m in the (relatively speaking) big cities.
I drive the closest thing I could find to two telephone poles on wheels, my battering ram, a Hummer H3 V8. I’m burning a T-Rex everytime I step on the accelerator. It’s the only way I can fend off the drunks, dopers, blue-hairs, methheads, and illegals from slamming into me. Mainly, they can hit all they want, Hummer don’t care.
2013 Lexus CT hybrid
I drive a 2004 Mitsubishi Endeavor.
I drive a 2012 Ford Flex….family of 7.
Plus what Brad says in Daddy’s Home…”And I love my Ford Flex. It treats me to a smooth ride, and you know what? It didn’t break the bank. Room enough for the whole family.”
1970 C-10 Chevy pickup
1988 Chevy Astro van
1999 Toyota Corolla.
Coming up on 500K miles on the pickup and the van. I have a bit of an advantage on being able to do that. Career number one was as a mechanic.
I live abroad in a medium-sized city, so I walk everywhere
2018 Toyota Mirai. It runs on hydrogen
I drive the coolest (hood vent), campy (last year before Toyota changed the chasise design) 2002 Silver 4Runner! Not sure why, maybe it’s because I LOVE this car, but it’s fuel efficient at 36 mpg, which for an older, heavier SUV is amazing! I prefer to believe it does this because it’s loved so much and because though I bought it used in 2005, it was only getting 18-20 mpg on the open road, but 16 in the city – go figure! Nonetheless, did I mention how much I LOVE my 4Runner???
2012 BMW X5 :)
I drive a 2017 Rolls Royce Wraith. I also have a brand new Tesla S P100D. But can’t live without my Rolls. :)
Well done Neville :P
My daily driver it’s a 1991 Renault Clio :D
2008 honda accord sedan
I drive a 2014 Acura ILX. I love her.
1997 Nissan Maxima w/ 230k miles and 0 issues. Still gets 25mpg on my daily commute with a 190HP V6. Added HIDs and a good stereo. Annual maintenance is less than one lease payment on a “practical” car.
2008 Toyota Sienna.
My car I drive when I’m able to ride by myself: 2003 Lexus ES300
What I drive when I have my kids with me: 2009 Toyota Sienna
I drive a 2008 Mercury Mariner!
2012 Chevy Sonic
My car is known as the Silver Bullet, the tandem bike is also nice for a jaunt with the woman of my life
2008 Hyundai Sonata
I drive whatever I need or have at the time. Electric scooter, motorcycle, camper van, sailboats, powerboat, airplanes, tons of different cars in various states of repair or age. Have owned and driven all of these. The most exciting thing I drive? My mind.
Cool question , NeVille. Thanks for all your cool stuff!
2014 Dodge Durango
Catching the bus
Flying in Uber
2016 Seat Alhambra
In the UK I drive a Citroen Picasso
Near Mugla I drive a Suzuki Jimmy
In Istanbul I drive a VW Golf
I used to think it best to have the same make and model of car in all locations yet I was wrong. Difference helps to differentaite traffic rules such as what side of the road to drive on :)
I drive a 2017 GMC Terrain. But I live downtown Miami so 90% of the time, I uber/walk.
Mazda 3 for urban, Mazda CX-5 for between towns. Uber and Lyfte don’t exist here.
I drive a Toyota Sienna & a Honda Accord
2004 Honda Pilot with 225k miles and still going strong.
I drive a 2004 Dodge Sprinter. It’s a cargo van that I converted into a stealth camper, which I live out of full time.
I drive a 2018 Toyota Tundra
Until recently I owned three cars. I sold my whateveryear Lumina to a guy who needed a car. My car is a 2010 Ford Focus. My wife’s car is a somethingyear Boneville. I’m not sure what the make is (Chevy, something else?). Yeah, unless I’ve owned a car, I can’t tell one type from another.
2013 Chevy Cruze until I get my Bentley Continental GT 😉
I drive a car or truck depending on the need of the day. For those trips to Home Depot or
Lowe’s it’s the Ford F-150 and for most other times it a Audi Q5.
2016 4Runner. Love it!
I drive a 1998 Toyota 4 Runner, diesel. I do a bit of 4 wheeling in the jungle and on the beach so it’s perfect. Don’t care if it gets a few scratches and diesels last super long ;)
I never went for my license, so don’t own a car. Public transport and the occasional Uber for me.
2018 Subaru WRX Limited in World Rally Blue :)
If I have my way, I’ll never own a car again.
https://thesterlingreport.com/sell-car-take-uber-lyft-everywhere/
I don’t own a smartphone and hope I never will, so I can’t use those services since they require a phone that can connect to the internet. There’s not much Uber or Lyft traffic around here yet, and not the best public transportation system either. Where I’m from, unless you’re really poor, you own a car or two. Usually at least one for every member of the family.
I’m banking on self-driving cars :)
My Daily driver is a 1991 Jeep Cherokee with over 444,444 miles on it.
I race a Porsche 944.
I also have a 1991 Eagle Talon for fun trips on paved roads in the mountains.
I drive my mom’s car, 2005 Toyota Corolla Altis, and I’m scared for its health.

2015 Subaru Crosstrek. First Subaru after 30 years a Ford man. Not my last, spouse got a 2018 Forester recently.
2018 Tesla model x and model 3 performance
Drive a 2013 Accord with a stick and my second car is a 2004 Accord with a stick with 306k miles
2006 Mercedes Benz R350 – a sweet station wagon that was a total flop in the US :-)
2011 Hyundai Santa Fe
Just leased a 2017 Tesla Model S 100D. Used to have a 2007 Mercedes S550.
1994 Toyota Corolla LE with 135k original miles. Manual transmission allows me to make up to 46 MPG on the highway with Brazilian gasoline, which is not, exactly, gasoline.
My most favorite car of all time was my 1992 Toyota Corolla. I LOVED that car. The small, square, compact design was perfect for short, little me. I could see where I was going, and could park it anywhere. The only reason I gave it up after 12 years was that the body rotted. I swear I would still be driving it now if I could.
Champagne-colored, Buick Century with a broken side view mirror. (Sold to me by my mother-in-law for $1.)
2017 BMW X4 M40i
Sold my 2007 Subaru Forester when I moved to Brazil. No car… Uber and bus are fine for Florianópolis, and I rent if we want to do a road trip.
No car yet, and I’m not sure I wanna get one. But I currently drive a Suzuki “multi-cab” that’s popular in the provinces here in the Philippines. It’s like a small truck but less maintenance costs. I can change the oil for less than $30 and it allows me to drive my 1st Grader to school everyday! :) Saving up for a real truck that I can use at the farm.
I drive a new Volvo XC90 T8 Twin Engine (petrol and electric)
It is Uh-maze-ing! :)
2011 KIA Soul
Every three years I lease a new Nissan Altima but since I work from home I rarely drive it. It’s just basic transportation and it’s not bad. I do have an actual office but it’s a few hundred miles away in Buffalo . . .arghh . . . so when I’m forced to go there I fly (although when I had a second business in New Hampshire I’d drive up there because it wasn’t near an airport). I note from the responses that copywriting doesn’t seem to pay very well for most of your readers. LOL
I drive a 2016 VW Jetta.
Just got the Audi S5 Sportback. Had a coupe before but my wife and I just got a puppy home so.. things had to change.

I drive a 2005 Toyota Avensis
I don’t have a car …but God will give me one day
I have 7 cars at the moment, and we drive the car that suits our needs. Most of the time, I jump in my 10 year old Honda Civic because it’s most gas efficient. (Same reason my significant other usually drives the 10 year old Honda Insight.) Other times, I jump in the Chevy Impala (with the super-sporty engine) for a fun drive, a long road trip, or a day when I need to impress the people around me. Other times, I jump in my XL4x4 Dodge pickup truck with the towing package if I want to move a load of firewood, or pick up a new car for hubby on the trailer. If the whole family wants to go out for ice cream, we jump in the 1955 Packard, or if it’s date night, hubby and I jump in the 1970’s British sports car. (MGBGT) The last car is a bit of an oddity, it’s a 1965 Ford 600…. It’s ENORMOUS! It’s a red farm truck, and its got a hydraulic bed on it. I’m not sure what we’re going to do with that one, but for now, my husband is enjoying playing with the life sized tonal truck in our suburban driveway!
I drive a 2015 Black Ford Fusion that I have named the Black Pearl
The Soccer Mom-Mobile – Dodge Grand Caravan.
2016 Golf Tsi

Lincoln MKX and an Audi Q5
I drive a 2002 Toyota Corolla. 😊
I don’t own a car. I am retired. I use public transport and or Uber.
I personally believe car ownership will be a thing of the past.
Uber, self-driving cars will be more covvenient for most people. Instead of having their own, paying for fuel, maintenance, etc., etc.
I’ve never owned a car. And I expect to never own one. Not needed.
I drive a 1999 Buick LeSabre. I have no clue how it hasn’t fallen apart yet

Oh shoot! I commented twice (with different names). Sorry!!! My bad
I have a motorcycle……. and its a 70cc. You can guess the fuel consumption😆😉
I drive an old Mini Clubman that I bought used with a ton of miles on it.
After crashing into an Audi (not my fault I may add) resulting in the total loss of both the Audi and my Toyota Yaris, and not having any more injuries than some bumps and bruises, I chose again for a Toyota, only one size up: an Auris. Some more options for safety and still happy with the choice after almost 2 years.
I’ve been driving a few different cars the last year, my husband’s company cars, and it ranges from Audi A4, VW Touran, VW Passat, Mercedes. So I just pretty much drive anything :)
I don’t drive
2011 Toyota Camry. I almost never drive as I work from home.

I drive Lexus RX 350
A 2014 Nissan GTR
A 2004 VW Golf 1.6 slower than a snail, but it works.

2012 Honda Odyssey
I abandoned my 1990 BMW three years ago after putting over 300,000 miles on it. Now I use Zipcar without having to pay for gas or insurance, supplemented by PDX’s excellent public transit system.
Don’t own a car. I use public transportation, bike and lots of walking.
2000 Mazda 626, red, dented yet driving strong….

I gave £450 for it, a couple of years ago. It’s so much car for the amount paid for it and it’s still a great drive. Got no reason at all to change it and don’t want to change it.
Another few years and it’ll be classed as a classic ;)
1965 Bolwell Mk VII
I don’t have a car. I. Am. Broke. 😂
2016 Black Nissan Rogue that I have named Adama after Edward James Olmos’ character in Battlestar Galactica. Why? NO IDEA.

Honda CRV 2005
Mercedes E220
It’s the first time I’ve leased a car through the company, first time I’ve had a car i couldn’t buy with cash.
It’s got a great big screen across the middle that links to my phone so i can send texts and whatsapps to the kids.
(and wheels and an engine and boring things)
I don’t have a Car, I ride my bike in the city and take train or bus while traveling out of city.
Not going to buy a Car though, Electric Car may be but No Gasoline Cars
I usually get chauffeur driven in Ford Ecosport because I don’t know how to drive yet :-(
I drive a Renault Koleos but I pretend it’s a fire breathing dragon that can incinerate morons behind the wheel that tailgate me.
2012 Subaru Outback now with 227k miles.
1992 Volvo 240 (I always liked vintage cars and this is amazing!)
I do not own a car. I live in Switzerland and we have amazing public transport. Apart from bus, train and tram I also use my e-bike for short distance commutes.
“I don’t even own a car. I take the train everywhere.”
I haven’t owned a car since 2011. I don’t need one. I work at home, we have groceries delivered and there’s a supermarket nearby as well (not well-assorted). I walk the dog to the park, and I rarely need to go anywhere by train or bus.
Narcoleptic here :) so no car for me :)
The choice of three!! Added together a darn site cheaper than a new Ford. We have a family SUV, (Nissan QashQai) a 2 seater soft top (Vauxhall Tigra) and a rusty old VW Campervan that we all love. However, I work from home and I walk over 12,000 steps per day.
Well done! I average 10K steps daily because I enjoy walking and because I think better while I’m walking. I think.
Audi S4
2015 Ford Mustang GT, drive it all year even in deep winter
The amazing 2009 Volvo V70.
2014 Toyota Corolla with spoiler, body work and weird custom CD player that has light themes on display that blink! Bought used, it’s paid for and endearingly termed my “burner”.
I drive a Toyota Kluger Grande and LOVE it.
2014 Audi A6 Avant
Still driving a 2003 Ford Ranger extended cab 2.5 turbo diesel truck!!! It has a bad curse, I have Kia Picantos driving in to its back side the whole time(5 wins Ranger – 0 wins Picantos). LOL
2013 Nissan Rogue
A 2010 Chevy Cobalt but I like to take the magic carpet out for a spin sometimes too
Mazda Miata
Mark 3 from 2010.
Fun, reliable, impractical. But fun.
I drive the same car that the pope requested when he visited in US – a Fiat 500L
If it’s good enough the the pope it’s good enough for wife 1.0 :-)
2015 Skoda Superb
2015 BMW 328i
When I’m in Canada its’ my mums Lexus SUV hahaha.. or the train, bus or bike….. when I’m in Bali (where I live most of the year) it’s my wicked lil whip (aka motorbike)!

Why do you ask?
Because questions like this create reader engagement.
Nah that wasn’t the point of this particular question. If I were to boost an “engagement score” I would’ve done this on a social platform!
A 2015 Mazda 2 Maxx that I’ve almost finished paying off :) but I don’t really drive it at the moment, I either ride my bike or my partner drives me in his car.
I drive a 2018 Kia Picanto 1.0 Start

EZ Go Golf Cart
No car, all golf cart?? Living the dream 😏
Weeeeeee!!!!
Doesn’t the family have to like……travel??
Also for your neighborhood consider getting one of these Xiaomi Mi electric scooters, they’re amazing!

I drove an electric golf cart as my daily driver for 1.5 years! Luckily I live at the beach and commute was just over a mile. But it got annoying planning trips around the daily afternoon rains! (Husband had a “real” car we used for “fancy” outings.)
2011 Honda Civic and it’s still going strong!
It’ll probably go for another 10+ years too!
