"Should everyone start a podcast?" A Deep Dive with Danny Miranda

All about podcasting, interviews, and what's new in the media game. Keeping it real with guests, building those connections, and rolling with the changing podcast trends. Plus, staying present, tech like VR, and Danny's "Art of Interviewing" course.

Some of the lessons learned from this podcast:

      • Prioritize creating a comfortable and authentic podcasting environment.
      • Build connections with guests before recording.
      • Perseverance is crucial for podcasting success.
      • Focus on purpose and joy, not just metrics.
      • Valuable relationships often stem from podcasting.
      • Podcasting can aid personal growth.
      • Try podcasting briefly to discover your affinity for it.
      • Podcasts satisfy curiosity and encourage learning.
      • Networking is crucial for expanding online presence.
      • Active listening is vital for creating meaningful content.

Danny feels like watching content in vertical format takes his brain away.

This Is Why It's Important to Always Be Present

One of the coolest things about ChatGPT is...

What may seem odd today could easily become the norm in 20 years.

This is the essential skill every podcaster should have.

This is my trick to stay silent in group conversations

Thanks @Johnny! Hope to put out more of these, and even bring in some sales people and other copywriters to do private interviews with for members!

      Thank you @Susana Crofton!

I think audio-only podcasting can be easy, but the filming and promotion of video podcasts is definitely hard I've learned.

      3 points of feedback:
      - little intro music at the beginning will show that you're 'teasing' a future thing.
      - audio break, even for 2 seconds, to show that the show is starting.
      - putting in chapter markers on youtube helps navigate the subjects

My hubby and I are starting one @Neville... "Ships on the Rocks" where we have raw and real conversations over ice!

I'll have to conceive a rad landing page for it on brand with my agency page😆
