I want to launch a course/product. It's been a real struggle. Not because I don't know what to share, but because English is not my native language and I really want to sell to a worldwide audience. So I'd probably sound weird on camera. That is the one thing that has been holding me back...

I'm currently finishing writing my third novel, the first of which will be published on Feb 13th. I've just hired an excellent marketing and publicity guy who's helping me do all the things. 

Next year I plan to market my way to the bestseller lists, as well as write the first of my second trilogy. They're upmarket romance, fyi!

What are you building?

I am planning to build my YouTube Channel.

I have a good foundation but it's not at the level (subscribers and watch hours) that I want.

I am building towards retirement.  I thought I could make it to 30 years, but I am not willing to sacrifice any more of my personal time, energy or health.  So I will be retiring after this school year.  There is too much pressure and responsibilities heaped on teachers.
