What are you building next year?

Just curious: What do you plan on building next year?

We're approaching 2023 in about 1 month....and I'm curious what everyone wants to build.

    Do you want to build...
An eCommerce store, a blog, a book, a social media presence, a website, a digital product, a retail store, an email campaign, a product to sell, a side income.....

Building out the one stop shop for web3 domain names (Ethereum Name Service).  The space is blowing up, and primed to explode during next crypto bull run.

Would love to chat about it, or hear any thoughts you may have. Especially if there's anyone in your community who wants to get on as a partner.  I need a good writer!

    Ex-Sumo, now-Calendly dude checkin' in,

I want to build an AMSAAS (I have started)— hear me out.

Automated micro software-as-a-service business. I coined it myself.

Imagine a SAAS that you pay $3 - $5/mo for that makes life/work a bit easier for you...

But imagine if it was entirely bootstrapped, not trying to get BS "seed-funding", with as little process/mass as possible... Kind of what David K. is doing with AppSumo/TidyCal/SendFox etc.

But also imagine if you were an engineer and built everything yourself, and as much of the business was automated, including marketing, sales, and support. I'll be doing the product and engineering parts, and I'll build my own tools to do automated human-like sales (on LinkedIn), marketing, and support.

So imagine a SAAS company run by a single (maybe with some design help but that's it) technical but also marketing-savvy person, who's built a lot of automations to bolster product and sales-led growth.

Micro-SAAS is already a thing now (just look at TidyCal), but I'm really excited about writing fun bots (that I'm probably never going to release) to automate what a good bit of people usually have to do... Already have things like automatic cold emailers/LinkedIn scrapers that I built and used from years back, it's an exciting time to use them again now.

It only takes 10020 monthly subs at $4.99 to get to $50k/mo. Not a super difficult target for a SAAS company, and that's my goal.

Will let you know how it goes 🙂 Stay sane my guy

I really want to build my blog, and hopefully help me jump into freelance writing once I manage to get some traction.

Aside: thank you for the free lessons you've been providing to 'us'. Since I bumped into you on the YouTube, I've really had a shift into productivity hacks - the best being using a manual to do list.

I'm building a day trading education platform along with 2 other founders (MAK Trading). We teach traders how to day trade profitably by using technical analysis and proper risk management. We currently run a Discord (paid) with 150+ day traders sharing trade ideas, setups, market analysis, experience and entries/exits. Inside our Discord, we have built bots that breaks news, identifies call/put flows, insider transactions, analyst upgrades and a lot more. Traders can use all that information to create trade plans and execute high probability trades.
